Sea Circle Calendar, year 1519, East Blue.

A small boat that could hold only a few people drifted on the waves.

A skull flag fluttered above it. Without a doubt, it was a pirate vessel.

A man in a black uniform lounged aboard.

He had striking white hair and wore a black blindfold over his eyes.

Since the boat was small, he could rest his hands on either side, leaning back against the boat with his head tilted backward.

No matter how violently the waves surged, he remained unmoved.

Even the seawater splashing toward him seemed to encounter an invisible barrier.

This man was Satoru Gojo.

And this world was the world of the Pirate King. Satoru Gojo had inexplicably arrived here a few days earlier.

Thinking back to the state he had been in upon arriving, Satoru Gojo could say with certainty that he would never forget it.

Aboard the pirate ship, the bald captain barked his arrogant orders as Satoru Gojo came within firing range.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Bullets flew toward Satoru Gojo.

"Limitless."

The words left Satoru Gojo's mouth without a trace of emotion.

Every bullet fired at him seemed to encounter an invisible barrier. They all stopped in front of him, unable to advance any farther, until they finally fell onto the boat's planks.

"What?"

"How is that possible?"

At the sight of this bizarre scene, the bald captain and his crew lost every bit of their earlier composure.

They all stared blankly at him, forgetting even to fire.

"Is that it? You're done shooting?"

"Blind?" The bald captain snapped out of his daze and noticed that the man was indeed wearing a blindfold.

But that did not put him at ease. Instead, he grew even more frightened.

The only thing he could think of that allowed someone to accurately judge direction without relying on sight was Observation Haki.

Although East Blue was the Weakest Sea, the bald captain had ventured into other seas and seen powerful fighters who could use Haki.

He knew that Haki was not something ordinary people could learn, and anyone who could use it was beyond the ability of a third-rate pirate crew like theirs to handle.

"Who are you?" The bald captain knew they were no match for him, but he still forced himself to question Satoru Gojo.

"Is this your pirate ship?" Rather than answering him, Satoru Gojo asked a question with an obvious answer.

"Ha! Isn't that obvious? If this ship isn't ours, is it yours?" a lackey scoffed.

"Ah, good, so it's yours. But the ship belongs to me now. You can keep your lives!"

"Hahaha! He says the ship is his!"

"Ridiculous! He actually wants to steal our ship!"

Although Satoru Gojo's ability to fly surprised these lackeys, they had no sense of how powerful the opponent they faced was.

"All of you, shut-"

The bald captain was different. He already knew this was an opponent they could not afford to provoke. Hearing his men's mockery, he hurried to stop them.

Bang! A figure went flying backward, cutting him off.

Satoru Gojo had activated Blue, teleporting directly onto the ship and sending a pirate flying with a single punch.

Blue was an offensive technique that generated attraction around its center. Its maximum output could reach negative infinity, approximating a small black hole. Teleportation was a derivative application of Blue.

The principle was to compress the distance between the starting point and the destination, producing the effect of teleportation.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you! In exchange, you'll sail the ship for me!"

"Of course, of course! That's no problem at all. Thank you for sparing our lives, sir!"

"Thank you, sir!"

"Thank you, sir!"

The pirates all knocked their heads against the deck before Satoru Gojo.

"Get up already!" Satoru Gojo said. "Clean up the ship, all of you. And hang my pirate flag on this ship!"

"Yes, yes, sir! We'll get right on it!"

"Wait. Is everyone aboard your ship here?" Satoru Gojo suddenly asked.

"Everyone's here, sir!" the bald captain answered after looking around.

"Oh? Now that's interesting. There's actually one extra person aboard. I see, it's her..."

Satoru Gojo had never expected that robbing a pirate ship would lead him to an important character from the original story...
