Chapter Summaries

Shen Fei killed a level-seven spider and headed toward the level-eight zone, where Liu Long’s squad tried to seize a spirit mushroom guarded by a Steel Bear. Liu Long returned to the outskirts alone, and a man in Red Battle Armor appeared behind him.

• Shen Fei killed a giant spider with his Fire Release: Great Fire Dragon Technique, gaining 0.01% Madara Uchiha Fusion Rate, then set off for the level-eight zone.
• Liu Long, Li Yun, and Zhao Qing agreed to lure the Steel Bear away so they could take the spirit mushroom it guarded.

After learning of the plot to awaken the Beast God, Yun Yongfeng sent for Li Yanran so he could use her abilities to alert the Regulators guarding the area.

Nearby, the Mage and Danzo Sword Saint bypassed the guards and approached the sleeping Beast God Great Feng, planning to awaken him and seize Nanyun City.

• Shen Fei found the Level Nine Area largely clear of Mortal Entry Stage Nine Fierce Beasts and discovered Chakra so dense it had become spiritual liquid, then sat down to absorb it.
• Qing Yunzi, Fa Kong, Dongfang Bai, and Murong Feng sensed the sudden Chakra surge and discussed the possibility of a full-scale Spiritual Energy Revival before they began cultivating.

Li Yanran detected the Danzo Sword Saint and the Mage near the Beast God and warned the guardians and Shen Fei to retreat. As Yun Yongfeng prepared Nanyun City for a possible beast tide, Shen Fei chose to stay, while the Danzo Sword Saint and the Mage reached the Beast God’s resting place.
