Perospero spread out the newspaper and placed it before Linlin.

"Lick, lick."

Linlin glanced at it absently.

Then she stopped moving.

Half a piece of cake slipped from her lips and fell onto the table, breaking into crumbs, but she did not notice.

Her eyes were fixed on the photograph in the newspaper.

The young Marine rear admiral stood in the center of the battlefield, a pair of ears covered in golden fur standing atop his head. Golden flames enveloped his entire body, the ground beneath his feet was torn apart, and behind him rose the hundred-meter column of water thrown up when Jack plunged into the sea.

"Oooooh?"

Linlin's pupils suddenly dilated, and enormous hearts appeared in her eyes.

She snatched up the newspaper and brought it closer for a careful look.

Beast ears, golden flames, wounds healing at tremendous speed, and a single punch that defeated an All-Star worth a billion.

"MAMAMAMA, what is this?"

"This is unbelievable!"

Linlin's voice thundered throughout the Sweet Castle.

"Those ears!"

"That recovery!"

"What race is he?"

"I've never seen anything like him!"

She slammed the newspaper onto the table, jolting the entire dining table half a meter into the air. The cake plates on it shattered across the floor.

"Perospero!"

"Right here, Mama."

Perospero licked his cane and answered unhurriedly.

"Did you see?"

"Those ears!"

Linlin pointed at the photograph, the hearts in her eyes growing larger and larger.

"Not the Fish-Man Race, not the Mink Tribe, not the Longarm Tribe or Longleg Tribe, and not the Three-Eye Tribe!"

"What is he?"

"I don't have one in Totto Land!"

"I don't have one in my collection!"

She abruptly rose to her feet, her enormous, ten-meter-tall body pressing against the dining room ceiling until it creaked.

"An unknown race!"

"An unknown bloodline!"
