By then, the Grit within Lorne had been completely filled by the three men's frenzied attacks. The golden light that represented destructive power had formed a tangible shield over his body.
"Had enough?"
Lorne slowly opened his eyes, cold, savage light flickering in his golden gaze. His voice echoed through the hall like a god's judgment. "If you've had enough, it's my turn."
"Crushing Blow!"
Lorne abruptly pulled his hands out to either side. An irresistible, terrifying gravitational force erupted instantly, dragging Balu and Xius back as they tried to retreat. Their bodies traced two ungainly arcs through the air before slamming into each other in front of Lorne.
Bam!
The dull collision came with the sharp crack of breaking bones. Before Balu and Xius could even scream, the terrifying force shattered their skulls. They collapsed to the floor, vomiting blood, utterly unable to fight.
"Now, it's your turn."
Lorne's gaze locked onto their leader, Morey.
"No! Stay back!"
Watching Lorne approach step by step, Morey lost every trace of his fighting spirit in an instant. He frantically swung his Horse-Cutting Saber, trying to keep Lorne away, but his trembling hands betrayed the fear within him.
Lorne blurred into motion, moving faster than the naked eye could follow. Morey saw nothing but a blur before an enormous hand wreathed in golden light and azure lightning clamped tightly around his throat.
"Urgh..."
Lorne lifted Morey off the ground with one hand. Morey desperately tried to pry Lorne's fingers apart with both hands, only to discover that they were like cast iron. No matter how hard he struggled, he could not budge them.
"The Show Stopper!"
Lorne let out a low roar, and the Divine Dragon Lightning within him surged to a full boil in that instant. Carrying Morey, he shot into
