Doflamingo took a deep breath, his eyes full of apprehension. "That idiot Tesoro and several Underworld tycoons were all taken down by Lorne alone."
"What?! Gold City changed hands?!" Trebol exclaimed, utterly stunned.
"Fufufufu... It did more than change hands. That monster Lorne turned Gold City straight into his personal cash machine. He even hung up on the Five Elders!" Doflamingo burst out laughing, but there was an unmistakable chill in his laughter.
"Young Master, what about our arms business? Do we keep trading with the World Government?" Diamante also walked in, his expression grave.
"Suspend all secret dealings with the World Government for now. We absolutely cannot let Lorne get anything on us!" Doflamingo ordered decisively.
He wiped the cold sweat from his forehead and said with some relief, "Thank goodness. Thank goodness we ordered all the family's businesses to give the Fearless a wide berth unconditionally. Otherwise, it would be my Dressrosa lying in ruins now!"
"That man has completely rewritten the rules of the New World's underworld," Doflamingo said through gritted teeth. "From now on, the Underworld will have a new king."
"But will the Five Elders let this go?" Trebol asked worriedly.
