Countless dazzling golden photons streaked a long trail across the sky as Kizaru flew toward Sin Island at terrifying speed.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku really knows how to work people."
Kizaru drawled to himself, raising his right hand to push up the brown-tinted sunglasses on his nose.
"That hellhole Sin Island isn't exactly close to Marineford."
As Kizaru flew through the clouds at incredible speed, a News Coo suddenly appeared ahead.
The News Coo carried a huge mailbag on its back and was flapping its wings.
Kizaru dispersed the photons around his upper body, revealing his original appearance.
"Hey, little bird over there."
Kizaru called out in a drawn-out voice.
"Stop a moment."
The News Coo was so frightened that all its feathers stood on end.
It hurriedly hovered in midair, pulled the latest underground intelligence newspaper from its mailbag, and offered it to him in its beak.
Kizaru fished a coin from his trouser pocket and flicked it.
The coin landed squarely in the money pouch around the News Coo's neck.
He reached out and took the newspaper.
"Thanks for all your hard work."
Kizaru waved a hand.
His lower body turned into photons again, and he unfolded the newspaper with one hand while maintaining his tremendous speed.
An enormous black silhouette was printed on the front page.
A pair of thick bull horns sprouted from the silhouette's head.
"Oh my, oh my."
Kizaru rubbed the stubble on his chin.
"The monsters in the New World have been awfully irritable lately."
Kizaru stared at the text on the newspaper.
"The Beasts Pirates expand aggressively. Kaido of the Four Emperors offers enormous sums, collecting Zoan Devil Fruits like mad."
"Does that lunatic Kaido want to fill the entire sea with Zoan users?"
