A figure in a white suit slowly emerged from the warship's shadow.
The newcomer raised his head. On the face hidden beneath his hat brim, an exaggeratedly long nose, like Pinocchio's, stood out.
"What a pain," he drawled disdainfully. "I've only just transferred from CP9 to CP0, and already I have to handle something this troublesome."
Using Geppo, he slowly rose into the air until he was level with Sengoku and the others. His eyes, hidden in shadow, first glanced at the disheveled Sengoku.
"You old fool, you really are getting worse with age. What happened at Marineford last time utterly disgraced the World Government. If you can't complete this Buster Call either, just wait until you have to go to the Holy Land and explain yourself to the Five Elders."
Sengoku's face instantly darkened. Although he did intend to step down, how could he retain any dignity after someone from CP0 berated him in front of so many Marines?
The long-nosed man paid Sengoku no further attention. He turned his gaze toward Billy opposite him.
"I'm Kaku of CP0," he said condescendingly. "Someone as strong as you shouldn't be staying on such a remote island. What do you say? Would you like to return to Marine Headquarters? I can recommend you to the higher-ups to take Sengoku's position."
Billy grinned at that, revealing a mouthful of white teeth.
"You really have gotten used to being the Celestial Dragons' dogs."
"Insolence!" Kaku's face instantly fell. He drew the two swords at his waist and pointed their blades at Billy. "I'll give you one chance to take that back! You've been using Geppo and Soru nonstop for so long. Your stamina must have given out by now!"
Billy tore off the sticky, already-tattered cloak hanging from him and raised an eyebrow.
