"Hmm?" Enel tilted his head. His eyes, usually half-lidded as though he disdained everything, widened slightly for the first time. His Observation Haki sensed the majestic, oppressive presence spreading toward him, a presence that stood high above all else. It displeased him immensely.
What enraged him even more was that, in that very instant, his Mantra-Observation Haki spread throughout Sky Island through his lightning powers-detected ordinary people across the island collapsing one after another! In particular, the entire area facing the West Blue had become completely undetectable to his Observation Haki, as though some power had forcibly erased it!
"Who..." Enel slowly straightened, his expression darkening as tiny blue sparks began dancing around him. "Dares disturb a god's peace? Dares... destroy a god's eyes and ears?"
He stuck out his tongue and licked his lips, revealing a cruel, excited smile. "It seems some ignorant ants from the Blue Sea have trespassed into a god's kingdom. Very well. Rather than act immediately, he unleashed his Mantra at full strength once more, trying to pinpoint the source of that majestic presence.
