Luffy's rubber arm gripped the Courthouse spire, and his whole body hurtled toward the rooftop like a cannonball, scattering rubble beneath his feet. The moment he landed, he saw a man in a black suit standing at the rooftop entrance, that white pigeon perched on his shoulder. It was Rob Lucci.
"Straw Hat Luffy." Lucci's voice was icy, without a trace of emotion. "You think you can get past here?"
Luffy stared at him and clenched his fists, his knuckles turning white from the force. "Move! I'm taking Robin back!"
The instant he finished speaking, Lucci vanished from where he stood-Soru!
The next second, he appeared before Luffy, driving a fist with the hardness of Iron Body viciously toward his face. Luffy had no time to react. The punch sent him flying through three stone walls before he finally stopped amid the rubble, blood seeping from the corner of his mouth.
"Luffy!" Zoro had just rushed onto the rooftop when he saw Luffy get knocked away. He was about to charge over when a figure blocked his path. It was Kaku, the two short blades in his hands gleaming coldly. He snorted through his square nose. "Hey, green-hair. Your opponent is me."
"Who are you?" Zoro tightened his grip on the three swords at his waist, his gaze instantly turning cold as killing intent gathered around him.
"Cipher Pol No. 9, Kaku." Kaku grinned, his body instantly swelling as he grew a giraffe's head and limbs-the Ox-Ox Fruit's Giraffe Form. "Enjoy the power of the Six Powers!"
Sanji had just rushed up behind him when another figure stopped him. Jabra's body had also changed into Werewolf Form, his fangs gleaming coldly as he licked his lips at Sanji. "Curly-brows, your opponent is me-Jabra of Cipher Pol No. 9!"
"So you're
