Zhang Liao arrived in Dressrosa, defeated Doflamingo, and ended the Donquixote Family’s rule, freeing the island and bringing it into the Hua Empire. After securing evidence against the World Government and establishing an imperial base, Zhang Liao turned his attention to the Empire’s coming campaign in Wano Country.

• Zhang Liao arrived with the imperial fleet, cut through the Birdcage, and announced that he would arrest Doflamingo for his crimes.
• The imperial army wiped out the remaining Donquixote Family forces, while Zhang Liao defeated Doflamingo’s ultimate form and had him taken into custody.
• King Riku accepted Dressrosa’s incorporation into the Hua Empire, and the island’s people celebrated their freedom as Luffy and Luo departed for Wano Country.
