"Now, let's introduce the teachers."
A short-haired witch stepped forward first.
"Ada Birch."
"I worked as a teller at a Muggle bank for eleven years."
"I'll teach you about accounts, deposits, withdrawals, payslips, and bills."
A tall, thin wizard spoke next.
"Gavin Merritt."
"I work as a supervisor at a logistics warehouse in London."
"I'll teach routes, warehousing, forms, and time."
A witch in a skirt suit adjusted her glasses.
"Marjorie Fink."
"I'm responsible for the everyday living course."
"Supermarkets, stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, renting, cleaning, polite expressions-all of those come under me."
Someone in the audience immediately raised a hand.
"Do washing machines really eat clothes?"
Marjorie raised her chin.
"Only those belonging to people who don't read the instructions."
Another burst of laughter rang through the Great Hall.
Dumbledore looked at Vernon last.
"And we have one special teacher."
Vernon immediately straightened his back.
"Mr. Vernon Dursley."
"He comes from the Muggle industrial sector."
"He will also assess you during your placements."
"As for whether you graduate."
"He has the final say."
Someone in the audience immediately stood up.
"Hello, Mr. Dursley."
"Hello."
Vernon returned the greeting.
Another witch stood up as well.
"Mr. Dursley, I look forward to your guidance."
"Sit down."
Vernon spoke.
"First, learn to sit properly in your chair."
At that moment, even he found his own voice pleasing to the ear.
He had never imagined a scene like this before.
Sirius turned his head to look at him.
Vernon ignored him.
He had already walked to the front of the stage.
"I'll say a few words."
He cleared his throat.
"I don't understand all those strange rules of yours."
"And I don't care."
"Once you enter the factory."
"I only look at three things."
"Be on time."
"Follow the rules."
"Don't break anything."
