Lin Yi's steps paused slightly. Curious, he leaned over and looked at the spirit paper scroll.
Written densely upon it was, to his surprise, a Chronicle of Starfall City.
"Starfall Calendar, Era 971: The Heavenly Palace Secret Realm reopened. The position of White Tiger Captain Steward changed hands, with Lin Yi assuming the post..."
Seeing the line of writing, Lin Yi raised his brows, finding it rather amusing.
This seemingly unremarkable chronicle had even recorded his deeds.

"What a fine pastime." Lin Yi chuckled. Before the old man could say more, he reached out, picked up the thick Chronicle, and casually began flipping through it.
That single glance piqued his interest.
He discovered that the Chronicle used an "era" as a unit of ten thousand years. Its opening entry, Era 971, began its records from 9.71 million years ago.
The first entry was written in vigorous, powerful strokes, directly tracing Starfall City's origins: "Starfall Calendar, Era 0: An unknown Ancient Meteorite
