After obtaining the Destiny Holy Cup, Lin Yi made a special trip back to Blue Star.

Three days later, the Global Newborn Alliance Conference was held in Linhe City, Dragon Kingdom, Blue Star.

Leaders of various countries and representatives of each nation's top Newborns attended the vote.

Lin Yi was elected Azure Star Newborn Alliance Chairman by a wide margin.

After obtaining this position, Lin Yi nominally gained the authority to manage all Newborns on Blue Star.

However, the position carried more symbolic significance than actual power.

Lin Yi basically had no authority to interfere in the internal affairs of Blue Star's nations.

Of course, Lin Yi had pushed for the establishment of the Azure Star Newborn Alliance over those three days not for power, but to test whether doing so could increase the power of destiny on him.

The result left Lin Yi rather disappointed.

His destiny did indeed increase, but only by a limited amount—basically enough for half a draw of a Red Talent.

Perhaps only after Lin Yi gained real power, improved Blue Star's international situation, and allowed everyone to live happy, healthy lives could the power of destiny increase substantially.

But that was likely wishful thinking. Even if Lin Yi's martial strength was unmatched and he could suppress everyone who defied him, it would still be difficult to change Blue Star's current state.

Rather than trying to turn the people of Blue Star into one family, it would be better to reform the Ancient Domain and expand its territory and influence.

At least for now, Lin Yi had the final say in the Ancient Domain.
