The voice kept repeating itself.
Lin Yi raised a brow and lifted his hand, taking several large chunks of the Sky-Splitting Sparrow's corpse from his Storage Ring.
He had deliberately kept these portions. The essence of the flesh and the feathers had already been removed, leaving only thick Emperor Realm beast meat.
With a casual toss, the chunks landed precisely in the gaps of the coffin.
"Is this enough? My sincerity is right here."
"If you keep playing dumb and brushing me off, don't blame me for being rude."
The meat was instantly devoured by whatever lay inside the coffin. A moment later, the harsh repetitive voice finally stopped.
At last, a relatively clear voice came from within the coffin, though it carried a hint of weakness. "I have lost my memories and do not know why I am here. Send me more Emperor Realm flesh, and it may help me gradually recover my memories."
A faint smile curved Lin Yi's lips as he asked with an ambiguous expression, "So you're finally done brushing me off. But what benefit do I get from helping you recover your memories?"
"The more Emperor Realm creatures I devour, the more complete my recovered memories will be, and the stronger my restored power will become."
The voice from within the coffin carried a trace of temptation. "Once I recover some of my strength, I can help you break through the shackles of your current realm."
"If that's all, then I'm not interested." Lin Yi refused directly, without the slightest hesitation.
The Bronze Coffin fell silent for a moment, seemingly surprised by how decisive Lin Yi was. After a long while, it finally asked, "What do you want?"
"There are quite a few things I want." Lin Yi smiled, his gaze fixed on the coffin.
