First Meeting with 'Trevor'
"What's so great about meeting Harry Potter?! Gege is way more amazing than Harry Potter!"
Shanna looked at her Dad unhappily.
"Gege just never ran into Voldemort. Otherwise, he definitely could have beaten him easily."
William hurriedly looked around. Only after confirming that no one was paying attention to them did he turn back to stare at his Daughter in shock. Even Elena had forgotten to cry for a moment.
"Shanna, I should have told you that you can't say that name."
"I'll say it! I'll say it!"
For the first time, Shanna yelled loudly at someone. She had always been a model little lady and had never raised her voice in public before.
"Gege said I can say it!"
Elena shot William a glare, telling him to shut up. She still hadn't settled the score with him for failing to properly say goodbye to Bell and running around looking for Harry Potter. He would be in for it when they got home.
"Shanna, what exactly did your Gege tell you?"
"Gege said, 'Voldemort is just a loser, and he's destined to fail. So, Shanna, don't be afraid of Voldemort. He isn't worthy of your fear, and neither is anyone else.' So Shanna isn't afraid of anyone!" the little girl said stubbornly through her tears.
Everything Gege says is right! That was Little Shanna's rule for life. Ever since hearing those words from her Gege, she had become fearless!
"That's right. Shanna isn't afraid of anyone. Your Gege will definitely protect you, and Dad and Mom will protect both of you too."
Elena wiped away her tears and picked up her Daughter.
"Don't cry anymore, Shanna. If your Gege finds out, he'll definitely worry. Let's go home."
"Mm!"

The platform gradually shrank until it finally vanished completely from Bell's sight. His mind filled with the sorrow of parting, Bell lowered his head dejectedly, carrying his suitcase as he swayed and shuffled out of the compartment like a freshly transformed zombie, leaving several Little Wizards behind him with bewildered expressions.
"Who was that just now?" one Little Wizard asked curiously.
"No idea. Probably one of this year's new students. I've never seen him before," a tall, skinny Little Wizard guessed.
"No way. Could a new student be that tall?" The third Little Wizard clearly disagreed.
"What's so strange about that? Do you know the troll of Slytherin House, Marcus Flint? I heard he was already over a meter tall when he was three." The tall, skinny Little Wizard tried his best to prove his guess correct. "And just look at him. You can tell it's his first time being separated from his family."
"Flint was over a meter tall at three!?"
"..."
Hadn't the topic gone completely off track?
Bell swayed toward the rear of the train. The Little Wizards he encountered quickly moved aside for him, watching him curiously and murmuring among themselves.
A few kind Seniors even came over to ask whether Bell was feeling unwell and if he needed help. However, Bell did not notice them at all. He was completely immersed in his own world. All he wanted was to find an empty compartment where he could quietly recall every little moment he had spent with his sister, easing the sorrow of their separation.
Sigh...
Shuffle, shuffle. Shuffle, shuffle.
After who knew how long he had shuffled along, Bell passed an open compartment door when a black shadow suddenly darted out and landed on his head.
It was slimy, damp, and slightly cool, carrying a faint fishy stench. Like the chilly breeze blowing in his face beside a lake in early spring, still laced with traces of cold. Ah... this (censored word) was a toad!
(╬>_<)
Bell's left hand blurred, snatching the toad off his head and slamming it viciously onto the floor. His right hand drew his Wand.
"Reduct—"
"Trevor—!"
A Round-faced boy suddenly rushed out of the compartment and threw himself onto the floor, scooping the toad into his arms.
Lying on the floor and facing Bell, the chubby boy trembled as he said, "S-Sorry, that's my pet, Trevor. Please, please spare him."
"Sigh...!"
Seeing that the chubby boy was about to cry, Bell sighed helplessly. He then cast Scourgify and Whirlwind Sweep on himself, removing the slime and fishy odor. After that, his dead-fish eyes returned. He stepped around the chubby boy, lowered his head, and continued shuffling forward in a daze.
"Um, um..."
The Round-faced boy called out softly to stop Bell. Though he was trembling all over in fright and desperately wanted to get as far away as possible from this strange Little Wizard, remembering that Bell had just spared Trevor's life, he still gathered his courage and spoke up.
"There's nowhere ahead..."
"..."
Bell looked up and discovered that, without realizing it, he had reached the very end of the train. And after walking all this way, he hadn't found a single empty compartment! (Actually, he had kept his head down the whole time and never looked.) Was Hogwarts really this poor? Were they too stingy even to add another carriage!?
Watching that terrifying, strange Little Wizard stare motionlessly at the metal wall at the rear of the train while making odd "aba... aba..." noises, the Round-faced boy suddenly understood.
So he's just not quite right in the head.
A sense of mission to help a fellow student surged through the chubby boy's heart, urging him to stand up and summon his courage.
"Um... if you don't mind, you can sit here. There are still empty seats."
The chubby boy's voice grew softer and softer until it was barely audible. But even without listening, Bell knew what he wanted to say.
"Sigh...!"
With no other choice, Bell followed the Round-faced boy into the compartment they had just left. He dropped into the seat opposite the chubby boy.
Ge You Reclining~~
There was no way he was sitting next to a toad. If that toad dared touch him again, it was dead! No one could talk him out of it—not even the heavens themselves. Bell said so!
As Bell slumped in his seat and prepared to sink back into his memories, a voice suddenly sounded beside him.
"Hello, my name is Hermione Jane Granger."
Bell blankly turned his head.
So there was a third person in the compartment?
Sitting beside him was a cute Little Witch with thick, messy brown hair. Her brown eyes stared brightly at Bell. That look was like a money-grubber seeing Galleons.
"Hello, my name is Hermione Jane Granger."
Seeing that Bell only stared at her blankly without speaking, the Little Witch had no choice but to repeat her introduction. Today was her first real entry into the Magical World, and everything that had happened so far had exceeded her imagination.
She had only met two Little Wizards today. One was a weirdo who kept a toad as a pet, while the other... seemed even stranger than the first.
The Little Witch began to worry that she might not fit in with everyone else at Hogwarts because she was not "weird" enough.
"Oh, oh, hello. My name is Bell Menethil. Just call me Bell. I don't really like it when people call me Menethil."
After all, Menethil sounded a little too immersion-breaking, (William trembled), so Bell was not used to people calling him Menethil. He had no intention of becoming some filial son, though he did not exactly mind it either.
You dared compete with me for Shanna!
