Come Try Dragon Meat Baozi
But perhaps Azure Heaven had gone shopping today, or perhaps it had truly been done in by Yellow Heaven. In any case, Bell still failed to enjoy even a moment of peace.
A witch pushing a trolley suddenly stopped outside their compartment. She opened the door and first gave the three quiet Little Wizards inside a strange look. Every year, she sold snacks aboard the Hogwarts Express, and the energetic Little Wizards were always making a racket. This was the first time she had ever seen a compartment this quiet. When she had passed by earlier, she had nearly thought the compartment was empty.
Setting aside her thoughts, the witch smiled and asked, "Dear, would you like something to eat?"
Hermione and Neville both turned to look at Bell without saying a word. The witch naturally looked at Bell as well.
"Why are you all looking at me?" Bell asked in surprise.
Then, realizing his words had been somewhat impolite, Bell smiled at the witch. "No, thank you, ma'am. I brought my own food."
After Hermione and Neville also said that they had brought food and did not need to buy anything, the witch closed the compartment door and pushed her trolley toward the next carriage.
Bell took out his Personal Terminal and checked it.
"It's already past twelve. Time for lunch. Let's eat together. The House-elves at home prepared a lot of food for me before I left, and I can't finish it all by myself."
"What's a House-elf?" Hermione asked curiously.
"A kind of humanoid magical creature. They usually work as servants in wizarding households. You can think of them as Muggle maids."
Too lazy to explain properly, Bell casually made an analogy that might not have been entirely accurate.
"Oh."
Watching Bell pull out his suitcase, Hermione asked curiously again, "Bell, I've wanted to ask since the beginning. Did you only bring this one small suitcase? Is that all your luggage?"
Children's emotions came quickly and went quickly. By now, Hermione had already forgotten the gut-wrenching masterpiece, Miss Granger's Miserable Life, that she had been writing in her head.
"Hehehe~"
Bell immediately perked up at the mention of it, introducing his ambition to Hermione with a sly grin.
"This suitcase has an Undetectable Extension Charm on it. It's much bigger inside than it looks. I've named it Scamander's Suitcase."
This suitcase carried Bell's beautiful hopes for the future. He hoped that one day, he too could become a man as cool as Newt Scamander.
When he appeared carrying his suitcase, people would scream in terror, "He's here! That man has returned with his suitcase!" Then, in less than five minutes, everyone would vanish completely, as if they had burrowed underground. That would be so cool he would have no friends, right?
Compared to Scamander, Voldemort was nothing!
Unfortunately, little Hermione, who only had a preliminary understanding of the Magical World, failed to get Bell's joke. She merely looked at him in confusion, wondering why he had suddenly started grinning so smugly.
Bell opened Scamander's Suitcase and lightly snapped his fingers. First, a long table flew out and landed in the middle of the compartment. Then, one after another, many food containers flew out of the suitcase.
"Come on, have some. Don't be shy."
Bell warmly invited Hermione and Neville, casually stuffing food into Hermione's hands.
"What's this? Bread?" Hermione asked, looking at the white, round ball of dough in her hands.
"It's baozi. I specifically had the House-elves learn how to make them. It's a kind of Chinese Cuisine. Hurry and try it, it's delicious."
As Bell spoke, he took a huge bite out of the baozi.
Hermione copied Bell and took a bite as well.
"Mmph!? Mmph mmph, mmph, mmmph mmph..."
"..."
"Eat slowly, don't rush. There's plenty more. Swallow before you talk."
Bell nearly burst out laughing at Hermione's appearance. This was the charm of delicious food!
Hermione's little face turned red again. She hurriedly chewed several more times before finally swallowing the baozi in her mouth.
"What kind of meat is this? Why is it so delicious? This is the first time I've ever eaten meat this good!"
"Oh, that's Dragon Meat."
"..."
"!?"
"What meat!?"
"Dragon Meat."
Hermione once again felt the gap between herself and Little Wizards from wizarding families. It was so huge it was despairing! She had never even seen a real Fire Dragon in her life, while they were already serving Fire Dragon on the dining table.
"Do wizards usually eat Dragon Meat?" Hermione asked.
Beside her, Neville blankly wiped away his drool.
"I-I've never eaten Dragon Meat. Dragon Meat can be eaten?"
We're both Little Wizards from the wizarding world, so why are you showing off this hard?
Neville could not help wondering whether he had failed to wake up. Was he actually still lying in his bed at home? Had everything he experienced since waking up this morning merely been a dream? Neville was beginning to doubt his life.

Bell smiled faintly at the two dazed Little Wizards.
"Dragon Meat is rare. I can only eat it occasionally, too. All right, try some of the other dishes as well. They're all delicious."
Bell opened the food containers one by one.
"These are Braised Pork, Sweet and Sour Pork, Roast Chicken, Fish-Fragrant Shredded Pork, Twice-Cooked Pork, Mapo Tofu... Try them all. They're delicious."
For a time, all three of them immersed themselves in enjoying the food and had no time to talk. Neville was no longer trembling either. He wolfed down the food in front of him with a ferocious intensity. Delicious food really could heal everything.
Or perhaps he was treating this as his final meal? One last good meal before the axe fell?
About half an hour later, the three of them could finally eat no more. The long table was covered in a mess of cups and dishes. Bell waved his Wand, cleaned the table and utensils, and sent them flying back into the suitcase.
"Ahh, I'm so full."
Hermione leaned back in her seat with a satisfied expression.
"I've never eaten this much before. It feels like my stomach is about to burst."
Hermione had never imagined food could be this delicious. She suddenly felt a little envious of Bell, as though she had wasted the past eleven years of her life.
Like Hermione, Neville sprawled in his seat without wanting to move. He looked at the sandwiches his grandmother had prepared for him, which had been placed to one side, and silently stuffed them back into his luggage.
"By the way, do you know how the houses are assigned?" Hermione asked.
She desperately needed a topic to distract herself, or she would want to keep eating. But she truly could not eat another bite. If she ate any more, she would probably make the front page of The Daily Prophet tomorrow.
A Little Witch, abused by her family and starved for years, accepted food from a classmate aboard the Hogwarts Express, only to die from overeating!
She did not even dare imagine what expressions her parents would have when they saw that report.
