Giant dragons had been extinct for who knew how many years. The last recorded giant dragon had appeared during the era when Merlin was still alive. Naturally, Bell was nowhere near capable enough to obtain a real giant dragon skeleton to create a Frost Giant Dragon.
In fact, although the Skeletal Dragon in the air looked imposing, it was really just for show.
Modern Fire Dragons were Wyverns, with their forelimbs evolved into wings.
Giant dragons, on the other hand, had four limbs, with wings growing from their backs.
Thus, when Bell had first made this Skeletal Dragon, it could not even fly. After a period of adjustments, it could now barely fly, but its only means of attack were ramming and biting. Its four claws were basically just decorations.

Staring up at the Skeletal Dragon in the sky, Bell vibrated his Magic Power and directly conveyed his will into the other's soul.
Upon sensing that familiar fluctuation of Magic Power, the Skeletal Dragon hurriedly braked in a fluster, then scrambled back into the mountains.
Unlike ordinary Skeleton Soldiers, Bell had put a great deal of effort into this Skeletal Dragon. When he had been adjusting the Fire Dragon's soul before, he had not spared this disobedient big fellow from a good deal of punishment.
So for the time being, this Skeletal Dragon was the only undead creature in the Cursed Box that Bell could control.

He had only sensed a faint pulse of Magic
