A Long-Awaited Date (2)

"Uh... all right."

Hermione had already put it that way. What else could Bell do? He could only shamelessly choose to live off a woman...

"So where's the bus stop for downtown?"

Having solved the "financial problem," Bell looked around again, searching for something that looked like a bus stop sign.

"The bus? We're not using Side-Along Apparition?"

Hermione found her boyfriend even stranger today. Did Wizards even know how to take buses?

"We're not in any rush. Taking the bus is more romantic."

Spells such as Side-Along Apparition and Portkeys were certainly convenient. In the blink of an eye, they could cross dozens or even hundreds of kilometers and reach their destination. But precisely because of that, they also caused people to miss much of the scenery along the way.

Come to think of it, Bell had not gone on a date alone with Hermione in a long time, and he suddenly felt quite sorry for her. So, he planned to set aside his miscellaneous affairs for the time being and focus on spending a few days with Hermione, properly enjoying the sights along the journey.

Led by Hermione, the two took a bus to a bustling downtown street. They first found a restaurant, went inside, and ordered several breakfasts.

Honestly, the little bit of food Mrs. Granger had prepared had only been enough for Bell to barely fill his stomach. In fact, he had not eaten his fill the night before either. Still, given Bell's current physique, his body constantly stored a great deal of energy. Even if he went without food for several days, it would not be a problem.

Knowing this, Hermione did not hesitate after getting off the bus. She took Bell's hand and headed straight for a restaurant.
