After listening to Ogha's impassioned speech, the player advanced only a short distance before spotting the gleaming golden fog gate.

Several golden summoning runes appeared on the ground on either side of the fog gate. Millicent, Ogha, Sellen... practically everyone could be summoned. But where was Blaidd? Had that dog gotten lost?

The player set that aside for now.

[Summoned Millicent] [Summoned "Redmane Knight" Ogha] [Summoned "Soul Witch" Sellen].

Three flashes of light appeared, and the three stood beside the player.

Into the fog gate.

Beyond the gate was that all-too-familiar figure. Yes, it was that thing again-Asmodeus.

A bloated body of flesh and blood, dark red crystal clusters, but something was different from the last time.

Those seven twisted faces had disappeared, leaving only one... Radahn's face.

That handsome, heroic face was embedded in the center of the monster's body, its eyes tightly shut, as though sleeping, or enduring something.

Even more frightening was its unique damage reflection ability. Every hit reflected a portion of the damage back onto the player. The more the player attacked, the faster their health dropped.

This was terrifying for the player: so much health, and damage reflection on top of it. Didn't that just turn the whole thing into trading health? How the hell were you supposed to play this! The player's blind guess was that Miyazaki couldn't beat it himself.

Fortunately, Miyazaki had shown a little mercy. The Eshma Sword lived up to its legendary gold rarity; it really was designed specifically to counter this boss.

Not only did
