The table and chairs had been temporarily fashioned with Lamia's magic.
As for the other two, Lilith, as the Empress, could not easily leave the imperial capital.
Likewise, Alice could not venture far from the Wizard Tower.
"Is this how the Atlantis Empire treats its guests?"
After a long standoff, Sparu finally could not help speaking when he saw how composed Annie and the other two looked.
"Of course not. But we don't treat just anyone as a guest."
Annie smiled at the six Legendary figures before her, whose auras were unstable, though all six appeared unharmed on the surface.
With her perception, however, Annie could clearly sense that all six were seriously injured.
"What do you mean by that?!"
As a [Berserker], Jacob had a violent temper. He was already seething over the navy's surprise attack, and now the slightest spark set him off. Blazing with anger, he immediately challenged Annie.
A sickly sweet smell of blood instantly filled the air, and a faint bloody aura flickered around Jacob.
It looked as though he would attack outright if Annie's answer failed to satisfy him!
Faced with Jacob's challenge, Annie said nothing and merely gave him an indifferent glance.

Thunder exploded overhead, and dark clouds instantly blanketed the previously clear sky.
"Jacob, we aren't here to fight!"
Seeing that Annie refused to back down and looked ready to start fighting outright, Sparu immediately raised a hand and pressed Jacob back into his seat.
After Bronn joined the Atlantis Empire, the others had more or less come to regard Sparu as their leader.
So, at Sparu's urging, Jacob glared fiercely at Annie
