Sanji and the others were stunned by the sight. They had never imagined someone so powerful existed in this world.

"So this is the world's highest level of fighting power? Absolutely terrifying!" Saka could not help tightening his grip on his sword. "Looks like I still have a long way to go before I reach the top."
Just then, Kizaru turned into a streak of light and abruptly appeared before Luffy.
"We're done for! We're going to die!" Usopp's legs trembled uncontrollably at the sight.
Sanji and Saka stepped forward, taking their places on either side of Luffy as they watched Kizaru warily.
Kizaru ignored Saka and Sanji's movements and instead raised his eyes to Luffy.
He said slowly, "Monkey D. Luffy, you actually dared to attack the Celestial Dragons. You really have some nerve!"
Luffy laughed. "Hahaha! You mean those idiots wearing helmets? I'd send them flying all over again if I had another chance."
At that, Kizaru could not help remarking, "Everyone in your family really does have the same temperament."
As far as he remembered, Luffy's temperament was almost identical to old man Garp's, and much like Dragon's, who had once been called a Marine prodigy.
They were all just as good at causing trouble, and just as loose-lipped.
Luffy shook his head. "Mister, you didn't see how outrageous those so-called Celestial Dragons were. They were abducting women right off the street!
Is that how you Marines do things too?"
