Before long, Tama brought over a steaming bowl of white rice and set it on the table made from tree roots in front of everyone.
"Everyone, dig in. There might not be quite enough."
As she spoke, Tama wiped her face with her hand again.
Two black smudges were left on her fair cheeks.
Ace reached out and activated his Devil Fruit powers, and six golden bowls instantly appeared in his hands.
Everyone received a little less than half a bowl of white rice.
"Oh~ this really is delicious!" Franky poured the rice into his mouth and could not help exclaiming.
"It really is good," Robin praised it too.
"Really?" Seeing everyone's approval, Tama was rather happy.
Then she pushed her own bowl of rice toward Franky. "Big Brother Franky, you eat it. I'm not hungry."
Growl~
But her stomach protested.
"You haven't eaten either, have you? See? Your stomach's growling with hunger." Franky pushed the rice back toward Tama.
Tama shook her head and said firmly, "No! Ninjas don't get hungry!"
"A ninja? Tama, are you a ninja too?" Robin asked curiously upon hearing that.
Tama first nodded, then shook her head. "I'm not a ninja yet. When I grow up, I want to become a bewitching ninja."
"A bewitching ninja?" Robin found the term quite novel.
Tama's face was full of longing. "Yes, the most bewitching ninja."
Before he could strike a ninja's signature hand-seal pose, his stomach protested again.
Growl~
Lott shook his head slightly at the sight. "Hehe, even ninjas need to eat."
"Ninjas don't get hungry!"
Growl~
Lott said nothing more and waved his hand, conjuring a whole table of sumptuous food before them.
Tama was stunned at the sight.
There was actually someone in this world who could conjure food out of thin air!
