Thousands of meters in the air, Water 7 was flying forward at tremendous speed.
A towering red mountain that pierced the clouds appeared ahead of Water 7.
At the sight, Iceburg and the others could not help feeling puzzled.
Iceburg asked, "How are we supposed to take an island this big under the sea to reach the New World?"
As the mayor of Water 7, a city famous throughout the Pirate World, he knew something about how to travel from the first half of the Grand Line to the New World.
There were two routes in total.
The first was to climb the Red Line using the mountain-climbing machines Vegapunk had built, then pass through Mary Geoise to reach the New World.
The second was to get a coating at the Sabaody Archipelago, pass through Fish-Man Island ten thousand meters beneath the sea, and then head to the New World.
Reaching the New World through Mary Geoise was clearly impossible. Never mind that Water 7 was so enormous that Vegapunk's machines certainly could not support it. They were pirates now, too, so why would the World Government allow them passage?
Going to the New World through Fish-Man Island was not very realistic either. How to coat an island this large would be a problem in itself.
And whether Water 7 could successfully pass through the enormous hole where Fish-Man Island lay would be another difficulty.
Judging by their current geographical position, they seemed to have already left the Grand Line.
In other words, Water 7 was not currently in the waters above Fish-Man Island at all.
Presumably, they would not be using either of those two methods to reach the New World.
But he knew that Lott had already moved several islands from the first half of the Grand Line
