"Hey! Luffy!" Ace couldn't help calling out at the sight.
"Oh~~~ Sabo, hang on! I'm coming to save you!"
Shouting, Luffy raced toward the Execution Platform.
All the Marines panicked at the sight.
"Quick! Stop him!"
"Careful! Straw Hat Luffy is Kuro's disciple!"
"Fire! Fire!"
"Don't let him near the Execution Platform!"
"He's Sabo's little brother! We can't let him advance any farther!"

In an instant, all the surrounding Marines raised their guns and fired at Luffy.
Every bullet struck Luffy's body.
They didn't do any damage at all.
The bullets struck as though hitting rubber, turning Luffy into a hedgehog! Yet Luffy continued as though nothing had happened, meeting no resistance along the way.
"Get out of my way! Move!"
Every time he struck, a large group of Marines went flying!
"Sabo! I'm coming!"
Luffy looked up at Sabo on the Execution Platform, his eyes shining.
"Luffy!"
Sabo knelt on the Execution Platform, overcome with emotion.
"Don't come over here!"
Luffy turned a deaf ear and charged straight ahead.
Like a Sea Train hurtling along at high speed, he sent every Marine in his path flying!
The Marines experiencing war for the first time were scared out of their wits at the sight.
All they could think about was retreating.
But their legs felt filled with lead, leaving them unable to move a single step!
"Y-you... stay away!"
"W-what... what are you going to do?"
"P-Pirate, w-we're Marines fighting for justice! Don't try anything!"
