"Government agents?"
Lott nodded. "That's right! Their organization is called CIPHER POL No.9. It's a secret intelligence unit of the World Government, with the authority to kill targets outright."
Iceburg still did not believe him. He had no reason to take the word of a pirate he had never met before.
The people Lott had named were meticulous in their work. Nothing about them suggested that they were government agents.
He frowned deeply. "Why should I believe you? Do you have any evidence?"
"I do, but I can't produce it."
Iceburg looked at Lott with a hint of anger. "So this is just your suspicion? If I remember correctly, you haven't even been on the Grand Line for half a year. You've never met me, or Kalifa and the others. What reason do you have to suspect them?"
"Besides, you're pirates. Aren't you the bad guys? Why should I believe a bad guy and suspect a good person?"
Lott felt a surge of frustration. This Iceburg is like a stone in a cesspit-foul and stubborn.
Lott stared at Iceburg. "You think the World Government are the good guys? Don't forget why your master Tom died. Your master was also a shipwright aboard Roger's ship. He was a pirate too."
Iceburg raised his eyebrows. "Even if the World Government's agents killed Mr. Tom, in my eyes, you're not much better."
Lott was really starting to lose his patience. He knew this rigid-minded mayor would never come around unless he gave him a strong dose of medicine.
Having made up his mind, Lott said, "Then I'll go find Cutty Flam." With that, he waved his hand and dispelled the Electromagnetic Barrier.
Iceburg roared, "What Cutty Flam? I don't know who you're talking about! Stop spouting nonsense here! Someone! Anyone! Get them out
