Eula went upstairs under the accompanying official's guidance. Along the way, every other Inazuman envoy she encountered respectfully bowed their head to her of their own accord, leaving her feeling rather overwhelmed by the unexpected courtesy.
After all, apart from the few people who truly understood her, the people of Mondstadt City regarded her with hostility and prejudice.

When La Signora had led the Snezhnayan delegation to Mondstadt, they had all but looked down their noses at everyone. The entire delegation had been insufferably arrogant from top to bottom, and even after La Signora left Mondstadt, the remaining Snezhnayan envoys had not changed.
Meanwhile, Eula's confusion only deepened. She could understand their courtesy, but what was with those strange, envious looks in their eyes?
Still puzzled, Eula arrived at the most luxurious suite on the third floor of the Goth Grand Hotel, the room reserved exclusively for the Regent.
The accompanying official turned to Eula and said, "Miss Eula, this is our Lord Regent's room. Please make yourself at home from here. I won't disturb you any further."
"Huh? I'm supposed to knock and go in myself?" Eula asked in confusion. "Shouldn't you introduce me first?"
The official smiled. "You must be joking. Given your status, how could I possibly be qualified to introduce you to the Lord Regent? Still, allow me one unrelated remark. The Regent's wife is staying in this room as well. I wish you success in winning her approval."
With that, the official silently turned and withdrew, leaving a thoroughly bewildered Eula behind.
*What strange nonsense was he talking about? Why do I need the Regent's wife's
