Wu Jiahao held his head high and puffed out his chest. "I don't know the answers to the other two questions!"
Despite not knowing, his voice remained loud and clear, once again leaving Liu Yue's head buzzing beside him.
Liu Yue went numb. She deeply regretted sitting beside this attention seeker. It was sheer torture.
"Sit down, then."
The old man turned to the rest of the audience, a touch of world-weariness in his voice. "Does anyone know the answer?"
Someone soon stood up and answered, "Monsters all come from the Origin Land."
The old man shook his head. "Incorrect. All kinds of monsters already existed on Earth before the Origin Land and Earth began to merge."
Unable to think of another answer, the man could only sit back down, looking dejected.
He distinctly remembered a powerful expert telling him that monsters came from the Origin Land. How could that answer be wrong?
The old man looked at the others in the audience. "Any other answers?"
The audience fell silent. No one answered.
A moment later.
A woman stood up, every word of her answer firm and clear. "Monsters don't come from any particular place. They come from supernatural power. Supernatural power makes certain living beings extraordinarily powerful, so powerful that they far exceed anything we understand, becoming monsters in our eyes."
"Good answer."
The old man nodded. "Go on and answer the third question."
The woman shook her head. "Sorry, Court Master. I don't know the answer to the third question."
"Sit down, then," the old man said.
The woman silently sat down.
Just then, Wu Jiahao stood up again. "The Origin Land is where supernatural power originates!!!"
His answer this time was even louder than before, his voice instantly sweeping through the entire conference hall like a tide.
