Otsutsuki Toneri overwhelmed Jiraiya and Konoha’s defenders during the attack, then began forming a massive Final Truth-Seeking Orb as a gift for the village. The chapter left Konoha facing an attack Toneri said could annihilate all creation.

• Jiraiya and the old toads attacked Otsutsuki Toneri with Sage Art techniques, but Toneri absorbed their flames and countered them with his Susanoo.
