Yu Hong was frightened after all. Filming wrapped up hastily, and as Lu Yanting was about to leave, he quietly edged over and asked in a low voice, "Jian Ran was joking with me, right?"
"That Prince of Zhennan doesn't even have any remains left. How could he come after me?"
He masked his fear with an awkward laugh.
Lu Yanting glanced sideways at him, his gaze cool. "If you say it was a joke, then it was a joke."

He couldn't help shivering, and his feet slipped as he headed outside.
Back in his room at the guesthouse, his assistant looked as though he had something to say but was holding back. "Director, have you watched Jian Ran's last two variety show episodes?"
Yu Hong shook his head. "No. Why?"
His assistant hemmed and hawed. "Then have you seen what people have been saying about Jian Ran on Weibo lately?"
"I'm not interested in him, and I don't like going on Weibo. What exactly is going on? Can you just tell me?!" Yu Hong grew impatient.
His assistant sighed. "Well, Director Yu, why don't you take a look yourself?"
He handed over his phone, and Yu Hong immediately spotted a topic on the rising trends list.

Talisman Paper?
A huge question mark formed in Yu Hong's mind.
Was that what Lu Yanting had been holding earlier?
