Chapter Summaries

Qi Yuan assigned Kurama to accompany Gu Zimei as she sought fruit abilities and pursued the Kekkei Mōra level. After Qi Yuan returned to her shadow, Kurama explained that combining the Dark-Dark Fruit with the Chimera Technique might make that goal possible, and asked which abilities Gu Zimei would seek first.

• Qi Yuan told Kurama to remain in human form and accompany Gu Zimei to the human world, and Kurama reluctantly agreed to work with her.
• Kurama told Qi Yuan and Gu Zimei that Tianchi and Huameng had taken control of a kingdom in the Great Yan Empire and sought to control the Land of Yan.
• Qi Yuan revealed that Tianchi and Huameng were planting the God Tree to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, then promised to consider helping Kurama return to the Shinobi World if he assisted Gu Zimei.

• Gu Changsheng warned Consort Xu not to harm Gu Zimei, but she dismissed him and ordered her subordinate to hurry the capture from Sheshan.
• Consort Xu refused to disturb the secluded Qian Emperor for the Great Chu envoy, who then left and announced that the other empires would develop the New World without Great Qian.

• Shang Feng opened a passage, and the Marquis Champion led ten thousand Chu Army soldiers into the Otherworld before Shang Feng collapsed from exhaustion.
• Chu Wuhen sensed a flat black shadow with strange purple eyes enter the Otherworld through the nearly closed portal, and he realized it was stronger than him.

• The Chu Kingdom forces emerged into a barren Foreign Races Space, and Zheng Huan sensed extreme danger as King Yong received Qi Yuan’s warning about their arrival.
• Qi Yuan learned his Limbo Clone’s memories, including that Gu Zimei had grown up in the Devil Fruit World, and reflected on the three worlds and their different flows of time.

• Gu Zimei confronted Qing Wuji in the Qing palace, using her Ice-Ice and Float-Float Fruit powers before opening the Gate of Wonder to pursue him.

Qi Yuan absorbed the ripened God Tree Fruit and began advancing to the Kekkei Mōra level. Meanwhile, Ōtsutsuki Haishiki and Ōtsutsuki Yatakuya arrived at the wrong world and discovered that it held powerful Ōtsutsuki clansmen and formidable opponents.

• Hongye searched Zheng Huan's memories and learned about Gu Changsheng, the Qian Emperor's Nika fruit, and the Devil Fruit World.
• Black Zetsu told Qi Yuan that the God Tree Fruit had ripened, while Hongye offered Zheng Huan a chance to live and ordered Black Zetsu to take him to Yu Wang for questioning.

• The Previous-previous Yan Emperor, Yan Yunque, awoke in the floating city and realized that many of the ancient emperors had died while the Sun God remained asleep.
• Yan Yunque wondered about Great Yan and whether the current Qian Emperor could help the Sun God achieve rebirth, then sent his shadow toward the Land of Yan.
• Ōtsutsuki Haishiki and Yataku surveyed the sleeping powerhouses in the floating city and discovered a God Tree within Great Yan.

Ōtsutsuki Haishiki approached the God Tree to claim its nearly mature flower, while Tianchi and Huameng prepared to defend their plans. Yanling entered the Devil Fruit World and headed to find Gu Zimei and Nine-Tails.

• Ōtsutsuki Haishiki flew toward the God Tree’s blood-red flower, hoping to gain power before it fully matured.

• Tianchi and Huameng joined forces with Susanoo and the Golden Nine-Tails to battle Ōtsutsuki Haishiki, while the Old Yan Emperor prepared to awaken the powerful figures in the Floating City.
• The Old Yan Emperor discovered Yan Xuan’s Birdcage was killing the people of the Land of Yan and found Yan Xuan near death in the Great Yan Palace Hall.
• The Old Yan Emperor pulled out Yan Xuan’s shadow, dispersing the Birdcage and preserving Yan Xuan’s consciousness in a corpse.

Gu Zimei attacked Imperial Capital University to find Cui Jing, unleashing the awakened Dark-Dark Fruit and killing Prince Jing, Qian Kunlei. As she claimed the Rumble-Rumble Fruit as her sixth attribute, a figure at the Great Qian Palace noticed the killing and vowed revenge.

• Prince Jing, Qian Kunlei, discussed the Qian Emperor's prolonged absence and his own hopes of inheriting the throne.
• Gu Zimei arrived at Imperial Capital University, demanded to know Cui Jing's whereabouts, and defeated its defenders with the awakened Dark-Dark Fruit.

Gu Changsheng and Cui Jing were dragged from the Devil Fruit World into a world where Frieza’s forces hunted Saiyans, and they encountered two grotesque creatures who mistook them for potential food. The creatures feared entering the Origin Demon God’s territory, whose ruler had fought Frieza and protected his world from invaders.

• Gu Changsheng and Cui Jing woke after being caught on the towering creature’s fishhook and learned that they had been transported to an unknown world.
• The towering creature mutilated Toad-face, whose scattered flesh reassembled, and a fragment devoured Cui Jing’s wrist before Gu Changsheng treated the injury with his Op-Op Fruit ability.
• Toad-face and his brother decided not to eat Gu Changsheng and Cui Jing because they were supposed to hunt Saiyans for Lord Frieza.
