The Northern Europe United Transcendent Stage Bureau representative was relatively restrained, but his wording was just as forceful. "Asura Hall members have been operating frequently around the Ice Plains lately. Blood Momentum's people used to take a detour whenever they saw us. Now they stand directly in our way and even announce Asura Hall's name without being asked."
