What are they talking about? Flower Creek wondered.
She gave it no further thought, sat down at the table, and began eating. Her little plastic spoon scraped across the tray, drawing line after line through the semisolid food.
Whether because today's food tasted decent or for some other reason, she was in a very good mood, humming as she ate. Cold Cicada flew up from between Jing Jiu's brows and circled the rather small room, leading the mosquitoes in a dance that traced out a pleasant melody, as though providing both accompaniment and backup dancing.
After eating, Flower Creek picked up her tray and prepared to go out.
Jing Jiu did not quite understand. Speaking slowly, he said, "There are robots."
In fact, whether collecting food or returning trays, robots-or rather, automated equipment-handled everything aboard the warship. There was no need to do it yourself. The space inside the warship was enormous. Even making a round trip through Living Area No. 4, where they were staying, was quite tiring.
"I'm going to watch cartoons while I'm out," Flower Creek said.
Jing Jiu pointed at the light screen unit on the wall. "There are cartoons here too."
Flower Creek pouted. "Watching alone is no fun."
Jing Jiu did not think much of it. He simply felt that he should not let his younger sister go out alone, that it was somewhat unsafe. "I'll go with you."
"You don't even know the difference between Space Knight and Sacred Armor Superman..." Flower Creek said.
Adults did not want to play with children because they found children's games uninteresting.

Naturally, Flower Creek preferred watching cartoons with other children. They could argue and share their feelings, making things much livelier.
