Huang Xiao survived Chao Hun’s attack by rebuilding his shattered body with Rejuvenation, then reunited with Jiang Liuli and Zhangsun Youyue in a child’s form. At the Evil Water Region, Liu Chongming sacrificed himself after casting the Jade Slip into the river, and Linghu Xiang’s forces began driving the Jianghu crowd toward the water.

• Jiang Liuli and Zhangsun Youyue joined forces against the Heavenly Evil Sect, and Huang Xiao killed an expert before Song Gang’s arrival forced the sect to retreat.
• Huang Xiao met Li Bai, learned that Huo Lian was alive and sought the Hall Master’s Seat for him, then continued toward the Evil Water Region to find Liu Chongming.
• Chao Hun confronted Huang Xiao, shattered his dantian, and tried to draw out his Supreme Demonic Qi, but Huang Xiao’s qi resonated with Chao Hun’s and the Patriarch’s Heavenly Demon True Qi.

After learning that escape required all three Evil Blades, Huang Xiao risked his life on the Supreme Evil Pillar to regain his strength, and the Jade Slip helped begin his recovery.

• Huang Xiao was thrown into the Evil Water Region, and Zhangsun Youyue and Jiang Liuli leaped after him before all three were dragged beneath the water and swallowed by sand.
