"...The conclusion is clear." Chief Researcher Dr. Arisawa's voice was dry and hoarse. He braced himself against the console, his fingertips white from the pressure. "The Legendary Birds-Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos-contain more than simple elemental energy. What they possess is a kind of... 'frequency band.' Three entirely different, specialized energy bands that can nevertheless resonate in perfect harmony under specific conditions."
