"Everything today was a setup. Jiraiya and the others actually raided my base while I was away. How dare they? Could they have evidence I don't know about?"

Without waiting for Shimura Danzō's answer, Orochimaru turned toward everyone in the Meeting Hall and called out:
"Is the head of the Kurama Clan here?"
A middle-aged man with brown hair stepped forward and addressed Orochimaru with a measure of respect:
"What are your orders, Lord Orochimaru?"
"No need to be nervous. I came to you because your Kurama Clan specializes in genjutsu. I want you to use genjutsu to make these two explain a few things."
As he spoke, Orochimaru pointed at the two Root Ninja behind him.
The Kurama clan head looked troubled and said cautiously:
"I can use genjutsu, but all Root Ninja bear the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal. There's no way to get anything useful out of them."
Orochimaru replied confidently:
"Just use genjutsu to make them tell the truth. Leave the rest to me."
With that, Orochimaru waved his hand. The Anbu Ninja behind him brought the two Root Ninja before the Kurama clan head, while Orochimaru reached out with both hands and gripped their heads. White light streamed continuously from his hands.
Only after more than ten seconds did Orochimaru withdraw his hands and let out a breath.
