As Zarik listened to the woman's pleas for mercy, a meaningful smile appeared on his face.
Zarik lowered his head and said to the woman:
"You're so stupid it's almost cute. Why would you think I'd fall in love with you? You're nothing but a plaything to me!"
Pain crossed the woman's face at his words. Then she closed her eyes, her limbs no longer resisting. She had clearly given up completely.
But Zarik frowned, seemingly dissatisfied with her reaction.
So Zarik leaned toward her ear and said:
"Let me tell you a secret. I was the one who sent people to wipe out your family!"
The woman's eyes snapped open at those words, and she stared at Zarik in utter disbelief.
Zarik seemed very pleased with her expression and continued with a broad smile:
"I trained those space pirates myself. Otherwise, how do you think a woman without any cultivation like you could have escaped so far? Hahaha!"
The woman was still in shock, and Zarik's deranged laughter echoed throughout the dungeon.
Soon, the woman came to her senses and immediately lashed out at Zarik in a rage, shouting:
"Why did you do this? You demon! Give me back my family's lives!"
But no matter how she struggled, the mechanical arms held her fast, preventing her from touching Zarik at all.
Not only that, Zarik stripped off all his clothes and enjoyed the feast before him while watching her frantic expression.
Just then, a large spray of blood suddenly splashed across Zarik's face.
In her fury, the woman had actually disregarded her restrained wrist and forcibly torn off her own hand, hoping to inflict some injury on Zarik. But all she flung at him was her own blood.
Yet Zarik showed no anger at all. Instead, he licked the
