Ch. 401Battling Isshiki
Ye Feng battered Ōtsutsuki Isshiki with Sumeru and the Kusanagi Sword, then concealed the sword when Isshiki tried to claim it. Their battle continued as Ye Feng disrupted Isshiki’s chakra through his Tenketsu and struck him with spirit fire, which Isshiki mistakenly treated as ordinary flames.
- Ye Feng used Sumeru to drive Isshiki into a huge crater and stab him with the Kusanagi Sword, but Isshiki grabbed the blade and admired it while his wound healed.
- Ye Feng recalled the Kusanagi Sword and concealed it inside his body, refusing to surrender it despite Isshiki’s threats.
- Isshiki attacked with Chakra Rods, but Ye Feng used Sumeru to evade them and jabbed Isshiki’s Tenketsu with True Qi, briefly disrupting his control of his body.
- Isshiki retreated and questioned Ye Feng about what he had done, but Ye Feng attacked again, vanished behind him, and struck him with spirit fire.
- Isshiki dismissed Ye Feng’s blow as weak and reached back to pat out the flames, unaware that the True Qi-fueled spirit fire would not go out until his True Qi was dispersed.
