Lu Chen and Huo Yuhao approached the Star Dou Great Forest, where Lu Chen subdued a Wind Baboon that attacked them. After explaining that it was a powerful Soul Beast, Lu Chen offered its Soul Ring to Huo Yuhao, who eagerly asked to absorb it.

• Huo Yuhao asked Lu Chen whether the two people they had met earlier seemed suspicious, and Lu Chen agreed that they were.
• As they neared the Star Dou Great Forest, Huo Yuhao spotted a dark shape and activated his Spirit Eyes to warn Lu Chen.
