After picking out the furniture and returning to the tower, Lucian spent the next few days enjoying what could be called his most leisurely time since transmigrating.
He spent most of his time in the enormous, fully enclosed training facility on the top floor.
Taken individually, the abilities he had obtained from the Eternals were not particularly outrageous, but there were so many of them.
Lucian stood in the center of the facility and raised his right hand.
Golden light flashed in the air, and a golden longsword materialized, hovering beside him.
"Now add fire."
Flames ignited along the blade.
"Plasma lightning."
Blue-white arcs coiled around the sword's tip.
"Magnetic field manipulation, adjust the trajectory."
His psychic power and magnetic field spread out simultaneously.
Hundreds upon thousands of longswords appeared in a dense array in midair. Their tips all pointed straight ahead.
Go.
He waved his right hand casually.
Over a thousand flying swords shot out like supersonic cruise missiles, circling the room. Even without actually striking, their immense energy was more than the walls could withstand.
Energy weapon creation produced the weapons, energy armor provided defense and support, energy device creation could further alter the weapons' properties, energy blasts handled compression and release, and magnetic field manipulation controlled their trajectories.
As for fire, light energy, radiation, and plasma lightning, they provided additional attacks with different attributes.
Outside the training facility, Simona stood holding a folder and watched for quite a while.
"Boss, you've already destroyed the training facility's third wall."
Lucian turned to look at her.
"Put it under the maintenance budget."
"The maintenance budget is already overdrawn."
"Then increase the budget."
Simona looked at him, a little more exasperation entering her voice.
"This is the third time you've increased it."
"That just shows the company is doing well."
