"Thanks for your hard work." Kanzaki Kumo held Shinobu Kocho in his arms and gently patted her back, soothing her excitement while also greeting Tamayo.
Only after Shinobu Kocho's excitement had subsided did Kanzaki Kumo set her down.
"All right, eat something first. Once you start experimenting, you even forget to eat."
"I know, I know. How are you even more of a nag than my sister..." Shinobu Kocho raised her hand and swatted away the large hand that had tousled her hair, muttering under her breath.
"That means Kanae and I have the look of a married couple."
Kanzaki Kumo was not annoyed, either, and answered with a grin.
"Hmph!" Shinobu Kocho glared at Kanzaki Kumo, her cheeks puffed out. Seemingly recalling the decision she had made that morning, she simply hugged the food box he had just handed her and turned to leave.
She was going to find somewhere quiet to replenish her energy. She did not want to deal with a certain "jerk."
She would ignore him all day.
