Chapter Summaries

After the Golden Immortal War ended, Daoist Yujing pierced through the universe with one sword and carried Maitreya Buddha Lord and Yujing Sect’s disciples away. Kong Ji then used the Taixu Illusory Mirror to integrate Taixu with his Five Elements Great Dao, attained Creation, and opened a Great Thousand World as the Myriad Worlds returned to peace.

• Kong Ji gave the River Diagram True Spirit to Shi Xuan to care for her reincarnation, while the Life and Death Dao Ancestor’s integration of the Opposite Dao Seed ended Ehuang’s path forward.
• The Golden Immortal War subsided, and Kong Ji explained that he had not been trying to integrate the Nirvana Great Dao.
• Guīyī Dao Ancestor decided to wait for someone to attain Creation before reincarnating, while Daoist Yujing prepared to leave the universe with the Taiji Dao Ancestor and his disciples.
• Daoist Yujing unleashed One Sword Gives Birth to Ten Thousand Laws, pierced through the universe, and carried Maitreya Buddha Lord and Yujing Sect’s disciples out of it.
• Kong Ji destroyed the Taixu Illusory Mirror, gathering the illusions of countless beings to integrate the Taixu Great Dao and then combine it with his Five Elements Great Dao.
• Kong Ji attained Creation and opened a Great Thousand World, while Shi Xuan reflected that the long-plotted battle had ended and the Myriad Worlds were at peace.

Bai Li Che left the Great Thousand World, formally entered Shi Xuan’s lineage, and discussed the rise and fall of dynasties with his master. Shi Xuan revealed his own Great Dao of Taiji and unified every stage of his life, leaving him without distinction between past, present, and future.

• Bai Li Che bid farewell to the Human Emperor Hall and traveled to Yuyu Heaven to join Shi Xuan’s lineage.
• Qing Suo welcomed Bai Li Che to Penglai Sect and introduced him to Jian Tonghui, Kong Ran, and Qi Si.
• Bai Li Che described gathering Saintly Virtue across six Great Thousand Worlds and explained why he had allowed dynasties to change rather than maintain them forever.
• Shi Xuan connected dynastic rise and decline to the impermanence of life and death, then explained how beginning and ending could form a path toward the Eternal Realm.
• Shi Xuan revealed his Great Dao through two lotus flowers merging into his Taiji Diagram, and every version of him throughout the River of Time merged into him as one.
