[Recently, I've seen public opinion about a certain someone starting to turn around. Since I no longer work in the industry, I'm risking my neck to talk about him. I'll call him Rabbit here. Rabbit never would have debuted back then. He had ties to the show's sponsors, and his vote counts kept getting altered. That was the only reason he made it to the end.
After debuting, Rabbit wasn't particularly talented, and his status was very low. Everyone knows that. But he landed endorsements for a bunch of luxury brands right out of the gate. Does nobody find that strange?
Rabbit's fans say it's because he's good, but why would those brands choose a minor celebrity like you to endorse them? Keep fooling yourselves, fans. It's just that Rabbit is meek and has a pretty face, so people are willing to pay. Who in the industry doesn't know Rabbit has practically been used up? Do you really think he got there on talent?
His later downfall happened because he tried to latch onto someone more powerful, but that big shot wouldn't give him the time of day and was sick to death of him. Rabbit kept doing weird things to make people think he had a relationship with the big shot. Rabbit did save him, but that was all. Rabbit just took advantage of having saved him and the fact that he was busy to keep leeching off his fame. His later suicide attempt was just another publicity stunt to get famous through notoriety.
Then he went on a variety show and played the pitiful little thing again, trying to salvage his reputation. But, sigh, people online never learn, and they actually believed it. Just so everyone knows, there's this thing called special effects
