Chapter Summaries

Doctor Sivana ambushed Billy and Luthor, forcing Billy to surrender his divine power, but Luthor used his psychic ability to make Sivana tear out the Demon's Eye. Luthor took the eye and, tempted by the Seven Deadly Sins inside it, began bringing it toward his own eye.

• Sivana emerged from a magical door and used demons to pin Billy and choke Luthor, demanding that Billy transfer his divine power through the Staff.
• Billy recognized the Seven Deadly Sins and pressed his hand to the Staff under Sivana's threat to kill Luthor.
• Luthor used his psychic power to control Sivana and make him gouge out the Demon's Eye.
• The Seven Deadly Sins lost their host and were sucked back into the Nightmare Eye as the demons holding Billy dissolved.
• Luthor took the Demon's Eye and, swayed by its whispers, began moving it toward his right eye.

Lex Luthor persuaded Billy to transfer his powers to him by promising to take Billy to his mother, then transformed into the superpowered hero and brought Billy to Philadelphia. He gave Billy a file identifying his mother and showing where she lived.

• Lex Luthor calmed himself, hid the Demon's Eye, and told Billy he could change him back.

Sivana enlisted June to begin her rampage in Metropolis while he went after her heart, and Solomon watched from above Belle Reve. Solomon then abducted Mongal, searched her memories, and discovered a nearby planet suited to his plan for the Kryptonians.

• June agreed to start the slaughter in Metropolis after Sivana promised to retrieve her heart from Amanda Waller’s military safe.

Solomon discovered three powerful godlike women and a dragon beyond a magical door, but escaped their attempt to capture him. He continued through the Rock of Eternity and entered the Eternity Library, where a floating quill welcomed him.

• Solomon tried to harvest attributes from the three women and the dragon, but Calypso sensed his psychic power and Anthea used Axis Power to trap him.
• Solomon spent his Rule Power to break free and teleport away, while Calypso, Anthea, and Hespera discussed their imprisonment and their connection to the Wizard.
• Solomon decided not to explore the dangerous doors again until he had grown stronger and continued deeper into the cavern.

Solomon used a quill in the Eternity Library to learn that three women he encountered were Atlas’s daughters, sealed in the Realm of the Exiled Gods, and discovered how Rule Power could make someone a god or Chief God. He then asked whether he could learn magic in the library.

Enchantress returned to the command center and slaughtered Waller’s guards before confronting Amanda Waller. Waller refused to submit, and Enchantress killed her by crushing her heart.

• Enchantress appeared in Waller’s command center after Waller ordered a plan to destroy her.
• Waller ordered the guards to open fire, but Enchantress stopped the bullets and psychically forced the guards to kill themselves.
