Solomon studied the Nth Metal and formed it into armor and a bracelet before using his psychic power to control every Supe on Earth. He killed thousands of Supe criminals who had ignored his ultimatum, leaving the world terrified and silent toward Vought.

• Solomon destroyed Cerebro and organized the technological data he had acquired from Krypton and Atlantis.
• Solomon examined Hawkman's Nth Metal, established a mental pact with it, and shaped it into a battle suit and then a bracelet.
• After twenty-four hours had passed since his press conference, Solomon took control of every Supe worldwide and copied their abilities, raising several of his attributes and his Rule Power to 153 strands.
• Supe criminals around the world who had failed to surrender died as their heads exploded.
• News of the deaths spread worldwide, and public criticism of Vought fell silent as fear took hold.

After Solomon’s global Supe extermination forced governments and Supes to submit to Vought, The Boys gathered in despair over their inability to resist him. Butcher insisted they could still kill Homelander while Solomon was absent, and the chapter ended with Butcher recognizing Solomon as an unstoppable god and focusing only on his revenge.

• Vought president Ashley secured global governments’ signatures on the Global Supe Act, giving Vought authority over their Supes as its stock and power surged.
