Sinestra had already anticipated Dick's decision to forbid the chaos-corrupted Black Dragons from returning to Azeroth.
In fact, even if Dick had allowed it, as the Black Dragonflight's Second Generation leader, she would still have needed to think it over carefully. Whether it was reshaping the Black Dragonflight's image, returning the Black Dragons to the ranks of the Dragon Aspects, or purifying their bloodline, all of it would take a long time.
The Dragon Mother was no fool. Naturally, she understood that none of these things could be rushed.
More importantly, after this battle, even if the Black Dragonflight's rebuilding went smoothly, they would inevitably remain the weakest of the Dragon Aspects for centuries to come. They now had fewer than twenty adult dragons; any reasonably large faction could fight them, or even hunt them down.
Thus, settling the Black Dragonflight in Netherstorm was actually a form of protection on Dick's part.
At least once Char Starport was established, Netherstorm would absolutely be the safest place in all of Draenor, without exception.
But just as Dick and the others were preparing to leave Blade's Edge Mountains, a familiar voice rang out in his mind.
"Uh, my friend, the Consortium's void stewards have found something 'strange' in the void... if you aren't busy, you'd better come take a look."
It was Nexus-Prince Haramad of the Consortium. Their good business relationship meant he could just about count as a "trustworthy" friend. Ethereals had a special talent: as energy beings, they could remember the energy frequency of every creature they had communicated with, then send out this sort of soul-voice when necessary.
It was very impressive, but honestly, it wasn't much use.
Still, Dick was very interested in anything that the widely traveled Haramad, who supposedly collected artwork from thirty-seven Star Domains, would
