Was Qian Ran really that great?
Why did so many people fawn over him?
Even Xian Lin'er had become Qian Ran's woman. In all of Shrek Academy, probably only Grand Ancestor genuinely cared about him.

Why did Qian Ran have to come to Shrek Academy to wreak havoc on his life? The Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy was good too, so why hadn't Qian Ran gone there?
Without Qian Ran, Tang Ya would have been his, Zhang Lexuan would have been his, and Xian Lin'er would still have thought highly of him. Even after Grand Ancestor was gone, he could still have lived high on the hog at Shrek Academy.
"I'm exhausted." Covered in fragrant sweat, Xian Lin'er tossed the whip aside.
By now, Bei Bei had slipped into a semiconscious state and could no longer cry out, so Xian Lin'er immediately lost interest. She wasn't actually going to beat Bei Bei to death, or both she and Qian Ran would be in trouble.
"Hehe, thanks for the hard work, honey." Qian Ran kissed Xian Lin'er on the cheek.
"I told you before that if anyone at the academy caused you trouble, I'd take care of it for you." Leaning against the laboratory bench, Xian Lin'er spoke to Qian Ran with a bright smile.
"Then what should we do with Bei Bei?"
Looking at Bei Bei, whom Xian Lin'er had beaten half to death, Qian Ran almost felt sorry for him.
He really was pitiful, always getting stabbed in the back. Luckily, he hadn't gone to Zhou Yi, or she might have tipped Qian Ran off too.
Poor kid. This is what you get for insisting on fighting me. Wouldn't it have been better to wise up sooner?
