After clearing away most of the rubble, Ichigo even moved it somewhere it would not inconvenience the neighbors. He was the very picture of a model student.
"So, as Shinigami, why are you participating in the Holy Grail War?"
Mordred did not stand on ceremony at all and walked straight into Ichigo's house, only for him to grab her. "Oi, thanks for saving us, but if you just walk in like that, you'll scare Xia Li and Yuzu. So please stop."
Mordred narrowed her eyes.
"Relax. My ability to conceal my presence ranks among the best of all the Knights of the Round Table."
Ichigo Kurosaki gave her a dubious look, not quite believing her. Just then, Rukia also tried to enter, stepping inside with a smile.
"What's your deal now? You..."
"Relax, I'm in spirit form. Your little sisters can't see me at all."
Only then did Ichigo feel somewhat reassured, and he led them inside. In the living room, Xia Li and Yuzu had already come out after hearing the commotion.
"Big brother, did something happen? We heard a really loud noise, but we were worried we'd get in your way."
