The brilliant white beam blasted toward him again, larger and more powerful than before. The stone bridge collapsed completely, its fragments crashing into the water and sending towering columns of water skyward.

Ryu Ishigori, the cannon with the highest Cursed Energy output among the players in the original story, had a Cursed Technique that was purely Cursed Energy discharge.
His lasers, comparable to a volley of missiles, could easily wipe out any Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer or Cursed Spirit that lacked sufficient speed.
"Higher density, so it's white yet hotter. Even steel would melt easily."
As he considered this, Lu You turned sideways to dodge the white laser. But Ishigori followed right behind it, laughing wildly as he closed in and swung a ferocious, sandbag-sized fist.
A piercing whistle ripped through the air, compressing and bursting the air around them. Lu You's left leg plunged into the ground, and spiderweb cracks spread through the concrete.
A silver longsword that appeared out of nowhere held firm against Ishigori's fist. His eyes flickered.
Countless fist shadows followed, filling the air.

The relentless blows meant that Ishigori was attacking without pause. He had no intention of defending, the corners of his mouth raised high.
Every attack was extremely fast.
Yet Lu You still defended against them with ease.
