"Mo Ling, are you nearby?"
Just as Mo Ling stared blankly at his hands, he suddenly heard someone calling for him.
It was Lu Youqi's voice...
He quickly extended his vision and discovered Lu Youqi standing in the darkness, feeling his way toward him.
"Why is it so dark here?"
Only then did Mo Ling realize something was wrong. His vision could see through the darkness, so he had not noticed the problem before.
"I'm over here!" he quickly shouted to Lu Youqi.
Hearing Mo Ling's voice, Lu Youqi immediately adjusted his direction and hurried over.
"Can you see what's around us?" he asked Mo Ling.
"I can, but it's too dark. I'm not used to it. Didn't we bring lighting equipment?" As Mo Ling spoke, he started rummaging through his backpack, but Lu Youqi immediately stopped him.
"Don't turn on the lights," Lu Youqi said seriously.
"Why?"
"It's too dark here. Turning on the lights might attract unnecessary trouble..."
"Trouble?" Mo Ling asked in confusion. "What kind of trouble?"
"Instinct," Lu Youqi replied with only two words, offering no further explanation.
He removed Mo Ling's hand from the backpack, pondered for a moment, then said quietly, "The others should be nearby. Let's find them first."
Mo Ling nodded in understanding and began searching the surroundings with his vision. Sure enough, just as Lu Youqi had said, he quickly found A'Dai and the Stone Man. They stood blankly together like two statues.
He immediately controlled A'Dai to walk back, and the Stone Man promptly followed behind her, continuing its mimicry.
After bringing A'Dai and the Stone Man to his side, Mo Ling extended his vision again and began searching for the Little Sprite.
