Encountering Martin Again

"You finally came looking for me? I thought you'd forgotten all about me..." Martin's tone carried a hint of resentment.

"Looks like you ran into some trouble." Martin looked around. When he saw the endless colors surrounding them, he seemed somewhat surprised. "Dream World Boundary? You actually made it here, and at such a high layer too. Looks like you used some kind of Relic."

He looked at the Dream Catching Device in Hu Le's hand, froze for a moment, then reached out and snatched it away.

"Good stuff! I remember this thing was supposed to be in the hands of the human authorities. How did you steal it?"

"Does it have to be stolen?" Hu Le looked at Martin helplessly.

"Then did you swindle it off someone?"

As expected of a wanted criminal. His head was full of tricks, scams, and theft.

Martin fiddled with the Dream Catching Device for a while before tossing it back into Hu Le's hand. Clearly, he was not particularly interested in it either.

"Why did you come find me? Do you need me to help you fight, or run away? I recently learned a new move. It's pretty powerful..." he said excitedly.

"It's a long story."

Hu Le gathered his thoughts and told Martin everything that had happened in Dream City.

After hearing it all, Martin punched the air hard.

"I knew they were capable of something like this. It's not surprising at all. Don't worry. Since you came looking for me, I'll definitely help you. I'll send you back first, deal with those robots, then return to Dawn City and spread the news everywhere!"

Martin said indignantly, then immediately grabbed Hu Le's hand.

"Can you find the layer where I originally was?"

"Easy." Martin made an OK gesture and said confidently,
